Sales

Sales campaigns are for new-customer acquisition. The agent calls inbound leads, qualifies them, and books warm meetings into your calendar. Designed for solo founders and small teams without a dedicated sales hire.

What it does

  • Calls inbound leads. Anyone who filled out a form, downloaded a thing, or expressed interest in your product.
  • Qualifies in conversation. Asks about timeline, budget signal, what tool they use today.
  • Books meetings. When the lead's a fit, the agent offers slots from your Calendly or Google Calendar and confirms the booking on the call.
  • Captures objections. When the lead's not a fit, the agent captures why and tags the lead so you can follow up later.

What it doesn't do

  • It doesn't pretend to be human. "I'm Foan, an AI calling on behalf of [your company]." Customers respect honesty more than they fear AI.
  • It doesn't push hard. A no is a no. The agent ends the call politely and tags the contact not_interested. No follow-up dials unless you reactivate them later.
  • It doesn't replace your reps. Sales is for businesses without reps — see Cold Calling if you have reps and want a warming layer.

How it works

Same campaign wizard as Customer Care. Pick "Sales discovery" from the template list, connect your lead source, pick the agent, edit the script, set the calling window. Launch.

The script defaults assume the lead came from inbound (their lead source is in your data — a lead_source column tells the agent where they came from). The opening line acknowledges that: "Hi {name} — calling about your enquiry from {lead_source}."

Pricing

Outbound pricing — £299/£799/£1,999/mo by call volume. See Plans & billing.
