What it will do
Connect Pipedrive and every Foan call lands as an Activity on the right Person + Deal:
- Lookup by phone — caller matched against People + Deals in Pipedrive.
- Activity creation — call summary + transcript pinned to the deal's activity feed within seconds of hangup.
- Stage progression — agent flags qualified calls so the deal can move forward.
- Deal creation — unknown callers who indicate sales intent become fresh Deals in your default pipeline.
When it ships
After HubSpot and Salesforce are battle-tested. Shape will mirror those.
