What it will do

Connect Pipedrive and every Foan call lands as an Activity on the right Person + Deal:

  • Lookup by phone — caller matched against People + Deals in Pipedrive.
  • Activity creation — call summary + transcript pinned to the deal's activity feed within seconds of hangup.
  • Stage progression — agent flags qualified calls so the deal can move forward.
  • Deal creation — unknown callers who indicate sales intent become fresh Deals in your default pipeline.

When it ships

After HubSpot and Salesforce are battle-tested. Shape will mirror those.
