What it will do

Same shape as the Zendesk integration — calls that need follow-up open a Freshdesk ticket with full transcript, sentiment-based priority, and routing to the right group.

Why it's not live yet

After Zendesk is in customer hands and the ticket-creation UX is dialled in, we'll port the pattern. Freshdesk's API surface is different enough to need its own implementation, but the user-facing flow will be identical.
