Two pricing tracks because Inbound and Outbound have different cost shapes.

Inbound (Reception)

All tiers can be paid annually for a 20% discount. Switch from the billing tab any time.

Adding minutes mid-month

If you blow through your minutes, calls stop. We email you the moment you hit 80% so there's time to act. Top-up minutes are bought at £0.40/min for inbound, £0.50/min for outbound — no commitment, just one-off purchases.

What we're not

  • No per-call charge. Once you've got the minutes, we don't nickel-and-dime per call.
  • No setup fees. Connect Twilio and run.
  • No "premium voice" upcharge. ElevenLabs Flash is the default voice on every paid plan. Custom voice cloning is the only voice feature gated to Business+.

Refunds

Within 14 days of signup, if Foan isn't doing what you hoped, email us and we'll refund the month. After 14 days we pro-rate the unused minutes. We don't argue about refunds — see Refunds.

Changing tier

Settings → Billing → Change plan. Up-tier takes effect immediately and pro-rates the difference. Down-tier takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle so you don't lose minutes you've already paid for.

Cancelling

Settings → Billing → Cancel. The agent stays active until the end of the period. We don't lock you in.
