Make

Make (formerly Integromat) is a visual automation tool — same idea as Zapier but with a more powerful flow builder and cheaper at high volumes.

Foan publishes a Make app with the same triggers as the Zapier integration.

What it does

Same triggers as Zapier:

  • New call ended
  • New inbound / outbound call ended
  • New complaint flagged
  • New booking made
  • New payment taken
  • New callback requested

Each trigger emits the full call payload, which Make can then process through any of its 1,500+ app connectors.

Setting it up

  1. In Make, create a scenario.
  2. Add a trigger — search for Foan.
  3. Sign in via OAuth.
  4. Pick the trigger event.
  5. Build the rest of the scenario.
  6. Activate.

When to use Make vs Zapier

  • Make — better for complex flows with branching, iteration, and data transformation. Cheaper at 10k+ operations/month.
  • Zapier — easier first-time setup, broader app library, better mobile experience.

Both work. Pick whichever your team already knows.

Pricing

Foan's Make app is free. Make's own pricing applies (Free / Core / Pro / Teams).

Common questions

Same triggers as Zapier? Yes — the underlying event stream is the same.

Latency? Few seconds for the trigger; Make schedules can add 1-15 minutes on Free.

Can I run both Make and Zapier on the same event? Yes — they're independent consumers.

Disconnect? Remove the connection from Make's connections list.
