Make
Make (formerly Integromat) is a visual automation tool — same idea as Zapier but with a more powerful flow builder and cheaper at high volumes.
Foan publishes a Make app with the same triggers as the Zapier integration.
What it does
Same triggers as Zapier:
- New call ended
- New inbound / outbound call ended
- New complaint flagged
- New booking made
- New payment taken
- New callback requested
Each trigger emits the full call payload, which Make can then process through any of its 1,500+ app connectors.
Setting it up
- In Make, create a scenario.
- Add a trigger — search for Foan.
- Sign in via OAuth.
- Pick the trigger event.
- Build the rest of the scenario.
- Activate.
When to use Make vs Zapier
- Make — better for complex flows with branching, iteration, and data transformation. Cheaper at 10k+ operations/month.
- Zapier — easier first-time setup, broader app library, better mobile experience.
Both work. Pick whichever your team already knows.
Pricing
Foan's Make app is free. Make's own pricing applies (Free / Core / Pro / Teams).
