Zapier
Foan publishes a Zapier app you connect with one click. Then any Foan call can trigger any Zap.
What it does
Foan exposes these triggers in Zapier:
- New call ended — every call (any direction).
- New inbound call ended — inbound only.
- New outbound call ended — campaign calls only.
- New complaint flagged — sentiment-based, agent-detected.
- New booking made — caller booked something.
- New payment taken — Stripe payment succeeded.
- New callback requested — caller asked us to ring them back.
Each trigger ships the call payload (caller details, intent, summary, transcript, duration) into Zapier so any of the 5,000+ Zapier-connected apps can react.
Setting it up
- Create a Zap. Pick Foan as the trigger app.
- Sign in to Foan when prompted — Zapier opens an OAuth flow.
- Pick the trigger event (e.g. "New booking made").
- Pick the action — write to a spreadsheet, post to Discord, create a Trello card, send a custom email, call a webhook, anything.
- Test the Zap with a sample payload, then turn it on.
That's it. Foan starts firing the trigger every time the event happens.
Common Zaps
- Booking → Calendly link to followups Sheet — every booking row added to a "Followups Q3" Google Sheet.
- Complaint → Notion ticket — flagged complaints become Notion database rows.
- Payment → Discord #revenue — every Stripe payment posts to your team's Discord with the amount.
- Callback → Trello "Call back" — callback requests become Trello cards.
Pricing
Foan's Zapier app is free. Zapier's own pricing applies (Free / Starter / Professional). Most use cases run within Zapier Free.
Common questions
Can I trigger a Foan campaign from Zapier? Coming soon — that's "actions", not triggers. Today Zapier consumes Foan events only.
Latency? Triggers fire within a few seconds of the call ending. Zapier's polling intervals can add another few minutes on the Free plan.
Multiple Zaps for the same event? Yes — set up as many as you want. All fire in parallel.
What about Make / n8n / IFTTT? Make has a parallel integration. n8n / IFTTT can use the Webhooks endpoint. See those docs.
Disconnect? Disconnect from Zapier's My Apps page. Foan side has no setup to undo.
