If you run an agency that serves multiple businesses — marketing agency, IT MSP, lead-gen consultancy, virtual assistant — you can run Foan under your own brand for every client.
Your clients see your logo on the dashboard, your domain on the URL, and your pricing on the bill. Foan stays in the background.

What you get
- Your brand on the dashboard. Logo, primary colour, sign-in page — all yours.
- Your domain. White-label runs at
app.<your-domain>.com. Customers never see foan.me. - Your pricing. You set client subscription tiers. Pay Foan a flat platform fee per workspace + per-minute charges; everything else is your margin.
- Multi-tenant from day one. Switch workspaces from a top-bar selector. Each client is fully isolated — separate calls, contacts, knowledge, integrations.
- Agency dashboard. Total minutes across clients, billable revenue, pending margin, churn alerts.
Pricing
The agency tier is a flat platform fee + per-minute pass-through:
- Platform fee — £499/mo to access agency features and white-label.
- Per-workspace — £49/mo per client workspace.
- Per-minute — at-cost (Twilio + voice provider pass-through).
You set client retail at whatever you like. Margin is yours.
For agencies above 50 client workspaces, we can quote a flat rate.
Setting up

Compliance + brand promise
When you white-label, you become the support face to your clients. We back you up with our Support line for engineering issues, and you get priority access to our team for incidents. Compliance posture (GDPR, recording laws, cold-calling) is the same regardless of whose brand is on top — read Calling rules and What we won't do.
Common questions
Can I migrate existing customers in? Yes. We have an import flow that brings their workspace, agents, knowledge, contacts, and call history under your agency umbrella with one click on their side.
Do my clients know I'm using Foan? Only if you tell them. Nothing in the white-label dashboard or the call audio mentions Foan.
What if the customer wants to leave the agency? Their workspace ports to a standalone Foan account. We don't hold their data hostage — it's theirs.
Is there an agency-only Slack / community? Yes. Set up during onboarding.
