Overview
/dashboard is the home page. It pulls together everything moving in your workspace.
What's on it
- Setup checklist — agent created, business knowledge filled, phone connected, widget installed. Once all four are green, it gets out of your way.
- Agent tile — the agents you've built, with avatars and a one-click "Set up your first agent" if you haven't.
- Calls received — inbound count + minutes for the period. Click through to Call history pre-filtered to inbound.
- Calls made — outbound campaign count. Click through to Call history pre-filtered to outbound.
- Integrations — connected count, with the logos of the top five. Click to manage.
- Recent calls — the last 5 inbound + outbound, with intent labels and a one-line summary.
- Knowledge snippets — fresh insights the system has surfaced from your last 24 hours of calls.
What it doesn't do
The Overview is read-only. To change anything (agents, knowledge, integrations, billing), use the left rail.
Tabs
The same page surfaces five tabs from the rail: Overview, Agents, Contacts, Your Business, Billing. They share the URL pattern /dashboard?tab=<name>. The full Call history lives at /dashboard/calls so you can deep-link inbound vs outbound from anywhere.
Insights
The Knowledge tab includes an Insights page that auto-generates from your call history each morning. It pulls patterns: top FAQs, callers who got escalated, words your agent stumbles on. See Knowledge base for how to act on them.
