Microsoft Teams

Status: roadmap. This integration is being built. Live customers can email hello@foan.me for early access.

What it will do

Same hooks as the Slack integration:

• Per-call summary posted within seconds of hangup.
• Daily digest at 9am.
• Sentiment alerts for angry / urgent calls.
• Complaint escalation to a separate channel.

Workaround in the meantime

Teams has incoming webhook support (Office Connector URLs). Webhooks can post directly to a Teams webhook URL — formatting won't be as polished as the native integration, but the data flows.
