Affiliate learning hub

Inside the dashboard at /dashboard/affiliate → Learn tab, we've put together 12 short lessons. They take 5 minutes each. They're the difference between people who do this as pocket-money and people who do this as a real income stream.

The four tracks

Track 1 — Pitching Foan (3 lessons)

How to explain what Foan does in 30 seconds, the analogies that land, and the demo flow that converts. Includes call-script templates and the "good news / bad news" hook from Connor Cahill's playbook.

Track 2 — Finding your audience (3 lessons)

Where Foan converts vs where it doesn't, how to identify missed-call pain in any business in under 60 seconds, and how to source warm intros from your existing network instead of cold DMs.

Track 3 — Handling objections (3 lessons)

The eight objections we see most often, why each one is asked, and how to respond without sounding defensive. "It's too expensive", "We already have a receptionist", "What if it sounds robotic" — all covered.

Track 4 — Scaling beyond your first 10 (3 lessons)

What to do once you've got 5-10 customers attributed and the trickle of commission feels real. Building a small landing page, running paid ads against your link, partnering with adjacent service providers, and the metrics that tell you you're on the right track.

Why we made these

Most affiliate programs assume you already know how to sell. Foan's market includes plumbers, dentists, restaurant owners — people who have a strong network of fellow business owners but have never sold software in their life. The lessons assume zero sales background.

Working through them

The hub tracks your progress — completed lessons get a tick. There's no certificate, no quiz, no friction. Read them in any order. Skip ones that aren't relevant.

If you get to the end and want more, hello@foan.me — we'll add new lessons based on what affiliates ask for.
