Public changelog

Things we shipped, things we fixed, things we got wrong. Newest first.

[2026-05-07] feat — HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk OAuth (real)

Three CRM/helpdesk integrations went from "stub in the catalogue" to a real OAuth round-trip with token refresh, contact lookup, and on-call write-back. See HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk.

[2026-05-07] feat — Docs expansion (60% bigger)

Twenty-something new doc pages: every dashboard surface, the full agent settings tour, voices, contacts, widgets, the affiliate program, agency white-label, every integration in the catalogue, and cross-links throughout so you can navigate by clicking instead of searching.

[2026-05-07] fix — Overview tiles route to /dashboard/calls

The Overview's "Calls received" / "Calls made" tiles used to flip a same-page tab. Now they deep-link straight into the dedicated Call history page, pre-filtered to inbound or outbound. Per-call details unified across directions.

[2026-05-05] feat — Customer Care campaigns

The 4th outbound product, alongside Sales / Cold-calling / Call-centre. Eight ready-made templates: delivery confirmation, post-purchase feedback, renewal nudge, reactivation, review request, upsell, complaint follow-up, appointment reminder. Each is a one-click campaign type in the wizard. See Customer Care.

[2026-05-05] feat — Workspace-wide frequency capping

Outbound campaigns now respect a workspace-wide cooldown across every campaign in the workspace. Opt-outs are honoured forever. We applied sensible defaults per template (review requests once a year, reactivation 90 days, etc.) — you can override per campaign. See Frequency capping.

[2026-05-05] feat — Campaign creation wizard

The 2-field "name + agent" modal is gone; a 5-step wizard takes you from "I want to make calls" through to launch. Pick a template, connect data, pick the agent, tweak the script with live preview, set the safety + schedule, fire a test call before going live.

[2026-05-05] feat — Foan Docs

You're reading them. Public docs for everything Foan does. Will keep growing.
