What it will do

Connect Shopify and the agent answers e-commerce calls with full order context:

  • Order lookup by phone — caller's recent orders surfaced before the call connects. "Hi Sarah, I see your order #5234 shipped this morning — is that what you're calling about?"
  • Order status during the call — agent looks up tracking, fulfilment, returns status mid-conversation.
  • Refund initiation — agent flags refund-eligible orders and triggers the Shopify refund flow with caller consent.
  • Subscriber recognition — repeat customers get personalised greetings.

Why it's not live yet

Shopify's OAuth and webhook story is heavier than most. We want to ship the integration with proper handling of multiple Shopify storefronts per workspace, multi-currency, and the tricky bits around fulfilment-by-Amazon.

Want early access?

Email us. We're prioritising integrations by demand from existing customers — Shopify is in the top 5.

In the meantime, Webhooks + Zapier cover most order-lookup automations: Foan emits an event when a call ends, your Zap fetches Shopify order details, sends an SMS or updates the customer.
