What the agency tier actually unlocks
4 min read
Foan has two affiliate tiers: standard (20% one-off, 12 months) and agency (30% recurring, lifetime). The agency tier exists because agencies sell differently and need more surface to do it well. Here is what changes when you become an agency.
1. Recurring 30% commission, lifetime
Every client you bring on pays Foan their plan fee every month. You earn 30% of that, every month, for as long as they stay. A £199 Growth-tier client = £59.70 a month, forever. Twenty of them = £1,194 monthly recurring revenue.
Standard affiliates get 20% one-off for 12 months. Agencies get 30% recurring for life. The maths is straightforward: by month 14 you are making more than a standard affiliate, by month 30 you have lapped them, and the gap widens forever.
2. White-label subdomain
You get <your-slug>.foan.me. Your logo, your colour, your support contact. Clients sign up there and the whole product wears your brand instead of ours. They have no idea Foan exists unless they go looking. Setup is in the white-label setup lesson.
3. Agency dashboard
A dedicated /dashboard/agency view that shows every client, their MRR, their minutes used, your commission accruing this month, and trouble flags (at-cap, no-calls, churn-risk). You can jump into any client's workspace one-click to fix something for them.
4. Built-in invoicing
A real invoice surface at /dashboard/agency/invoices for setup fees, retainers, and bespoke work. Two send paths: Foan-emailed with a payment link you choose, or Stripe Hosted (Stripe takes the payment, sends reminders, flips status to paid automatically). Either way, the invoice carries your brand.
What you do not get
You do not get a different product. The platform is the same — the same agents, the same voice, the same call quality. Your clients are paying Foan, not you, for the underlying service. You are layering setup, training, niche prompts, integrations, and ongoing optimisation on top.
This matters: you are not reselling phone calls. You are selling an outcome (booked appointments, qualified leads, recovered missed calls), with Foan as the engine. Price your services accordingly.
